For Permanent Residents, Protected Persons, Convention Refugees & Ukrainians under CUAET.

Can you access the program directly?
Yes.

Newcomer Employment Program

Eligibility criteria
  • Permanent Residents of Canada.
  • Protected Persons as defined in Section 95 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
  • Individuals who have been selected, inside or outside of Canada, to become permanent residents and who hae been informed by a letter from IRCC.
  • Convention refugees and protected persons outside Canada who have been selected for resettlement in Canada by IRCC.
  • Temporary foreign workers who hold or received approval of a work permit unde kSection 112 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR: Formerly known as Live-in Caregivers) or received initial approval for permanent residence under Section 113 of the IRPR.

Moving Ahead Program

Eligibility criteria

For refugees and immigrants, who are living in Surrey or Delta, have multiple needs (i.e., health, housing, financial, etc.) and significant integration barriers (i.e., language, education, life skills, etc.). Contact 604.501.6850 ext. 61130.

Can you access the program directly?
Yes. Anyone can refer, but screening is required prior to admission.

Any individual, organization or company in Canada or the US. Locally we serve Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Vancouver, New Westminster, but you don't need to be local. We can help you if you live anywhere in Canada or the US. Send us an email or give us a call!
