Eligibility criteria

For youth (16-26 years old), living in Surrey who are homeless or seriously at risk of becoming homeless, and want to secure and sustain housing.

Anyone 19+ years old who is in need of emergency shelter is eligible.

Anyone 19+ who is looking for a place to rent or landlords looking to advertise their rental for free.

Eligibility criteria

For Surrey residents (19+ years old) who are living with a mental illness and want to move from a community residential program to independent living.

A referral is required through the Surrey or White Rock Mental Health and Substance Use Centre.

Eligibility criteria

For those living with mental illness (19+ years old), who are looking for long-term housing. Must be a Surrey resident.

For those living with a mental illness (17+ years old) who want to improve their life skills and need rental assistance.

Eligibility criteria

For those living with mental illness (19+ years old), looking for shared accommodations or rent subsidies and working towards independent living. Must be a resident of South Surrey or White Rock.

For those living with mental illness (19+ years old) who want to improve their life skills. Must be a resident of Surrey or White Rock.

Eligibility criteria

For refugees, immigrants and caregivers (16+ years old and their children) under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) who want to gain the knowledge and confidence necessary to establish themselves in Canada. Must be a resident of Surrey or Delta.
