Multi-Cultural Early Years Services: Family Navigators

Offered in partnership with Langley Community Services Society.

Family navigators will provide clear pathways with a focus on early years' services and other relevant services in the communities of Surrey, Langley and Delta. Staff will walk alongside families to complete a needs assessment and determine the best path forward using a strength based approach. Families are met with a wraparound support system that is unique to their individual needs.
