For families with children (ages 18 and under) living in Surrey, Delta, White Rock and Langley who are looking for free, short-term counselling and support in Arabic, Punjabi and/or Mandarin.

Can you access the program directly?

Eligibility criteria

For adults (19+ years old) with developmental disabilities or autism who are looking for community inclusion and skill development. We are a qualified vendor for CLBC. Contact 604.596.4321 ext. 21107

STARR offers this programming for students of KB Woodward elementary and Theresa Clarke Elementary.
