Join this information session if you are from Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iraq, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, and Venezuela and need support with assessing your educational credentials.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The WES Gateway Program assesses the educational credentials of individuals who have been displaced because of adverse circumstances in their country and have limited proof of academic achievements. 

AWES Gateway Program credential evaluation report can help eligible individuals continue their education, become licensed in their field, or take the next step on their career pathway in Canada. The report can be accepted by higher education institutions, regulatory bodies, and employers. 

WES works with designated partners to identify individuals who are eligible for the Gateway Program. The program is available to individual’s educated in Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iraq, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, and Venezuela,  who meet program requirements.

** Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is the federal funder for the Newcomers Employment Program (NEP).

We collect the following information as required by IRCC: Legal name and Immigration ID, Date of Birth, Arrival Date and Postal Code. We use this information for reporting, service delivery, and improvement purposes and is kept private and confidential. Some information are gathered over the phone and not on any online platform.

Without the above document, we will not be able to verify your identity. As such, we as the workshop organizer, have the right to decline your registration.
