TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM

Provides individualized supports to assist adults with a mental illness living in the White Rock/South Surrey area. The program provides housing opportunities in both a shared living situation and independent living via a rental subsidy. Individual support services are recovery-focused and promote independence and life skills development.

Eligibility criteria

For those living with mental illness (19+ years old), looking for shared accommodations or rent subsidies and working towards independent living. Must be a resident of South Surrey or White Rock.

Other referral options

You must be referred through the Surrey or White Rock Mental Health and Substance Use Centre.
