A story to warm your heart...

For the 4th year, Champers Salons has hosted a very special event, providing free haircuts, lunch and a Christmas gift bag for about 150 adults and children. And this year, Vic Sergiannidis, owner of Assinis Greek restaurant had a special surprise for one of the families.
Proceeds raised from the event goes primarily to support the Options Clubhouses, where adults living with a mental illness find a sense of belonging in a safe, supportive environment. They can socialize, participate in fun recreational activities, learn employment skills, and increase their community involvement.
Options wants to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Champers Salons, Liza Shmyr, the event organizer, and the many generous volunteers and sponsors that helped make it such a success. Special thanks to: Salon Connexions Inc., Assini Greek Restaurant Pizza & Pasta, Cosmoprof, West Coast Beauty, RBC, Prospera, Greek Islands Restaurant IV, G&F Financial Group, Funky Monkey, Churches Chicken Fleetwood, Daisy’s Cupcakes, SainiSweets B Restaurant, Moxie’s Guilford, Safeway (Surrey Central), Evergreen Dental centre, Holly Park Dental, Scottys Landing Fish& Chips, Landmark Cinemas, Omega Pizza & Wings, Di Reggae Café, Manorkar Vegetarian bakery, Pappa Joe Pizza, Brown’s Social House Guilford, De Dutch, Carls Jr, The Pantry, Fresh St. Farms, Skyzone Trampoline Park.
